Personal Photo-a-Day Projects
Over the years, I have tackled photo-a-day project challenges during the month of January. These projects gave me the chance to record special moments in my family, memories I would have easily passed over. Today, I’m delighted to look back at these memories forever captured in photographic images.
These projects also challenged me to think about various settings, to use every-day props, and to dig into my creative side. They were not without their challenges, but as I now compile these efforts into the galleries below (as part of a website clean-up), I realise how much they taught me about myself and my photography style.
As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, tackling a photo-a-day project is a wonderful way to to sharpen your skills. Enjoy!
Three Years of Photo-a-Day Challenges

*Sigh.* What wonderful memories. Time passes to quickly and children grow up just as fast. Photographs help up capture these precious memories and treasure them forever. If you’ve never thought of doing a photo-a-day challenge, I really encourage you to give it a go.
